This site is a tribute to Alison (Ali) Edwards, a much loved wife, mother and Nanny (to Humans and Furbabies)
Mum was sadly taken too soon due to long term illness. She was at home with us all after having a wonderful Christmas surrounded by love.
I'm biased when I say she was the best Mum around and would do anything for anyone she cared for. We also got to see the more devious side where if you were in her bad books you would never know but we did. She loved her gardens and spent so much time out there gardening and I could always rope her in to help with mine. When she became Nanny to mini humans she spoiled them rotten and their bond with them is unbreakable. Mum also loved being Nanny to many Furbabies over the years and happily would fuss and spoil them just as much in return for cuddles.
Mum loved her music, always having the radio on wherever she was. Music is what kept her going always watching The Script or Westlife or even Donny Osmond on DVD that we managed to find her, always singing along.
You would never find her without a cup of tea in her hand, milk and no sugar. So when you next put the kettle on please think of Mum, she would have certainly taken you up on the offer.
Please add your own memories and tributes to her on here. We have asked for donations in Mum's memory to go to Rowcroft Hospice who really helped in the last couple of weeks of Mum's life, helping her regular carers to make her more comfortable. Rowcroft is a charity and can only keep helping make a difference from donations, they were a big support to Dad and us too.

Fond memories of when our children were younger. It was a lovely send off. All the best to Brian and family as they navigate life without Ali. Rowcroft provides such great, much needed support.
My amazing mum. Love David, Layla, Jack and Delia.
To Ali from your loving husband Brian
